Shipping & Delivery

We have free delivery nationwide in the Philippines. No voucher needed.:) The delivery time is less than 4 days, but if you want your item faster we have 48 hours delivery guarantee in Metro Manila for 190 peso. We have as logistics partners air21, LBC and Xend (delivering directly or via LBC and 2Go). Please note we do not deliver orders outside of the Philippines, however you can place order from abroad for delivery in the Philippines.

Returns & Replacements

In cases that consumer after receiving his order decides within 7 days that she/he is not satisfied with the smartphone (tablet, laptop or accessory) and wants to return it, she/he can do that by shipping the entire content of order, smartphone (tablet, laptop or accessory) and all of its accessories back to argomall.com at its own expense. When argomall.com verifies that smartphone (tablet, laptop or accessory) is intact and all its accessories are properly returned, customer will be refunded. If you decide to return items from your order for any reason, before sending it back, please send an e-mail with all information (item details) as well as an explanation why would you like to return your order, together with your contact information to support@argomall.com. You will be contacted by us and provided with all information to return your order. From the moment when clients order gets delivered back to argomall in undamaged condition, argomall.com will provide refund within 14 days or customer will be sent a voucher in the same amount, which can be used for purchasing on argomall website. Consumer has choice to choose voucher or money refund.

Ordering

It is easy to buy smartphone with argomall.

1) Select smartphone (tablet, laptop or accessory) you’d like to buy, click on shopping cart icon or on product page on “add to cart” button.

2) Verify the order in the cart and click “checkout” or “proceed to checkout” button

3) Insert your details, you can also create account with us for making future purchases easier. Select payment method (see section Payment, Pricing & Promotion on this site) and click “PLACE ORDER NOW”

You’ll receive from us confirmation email and once your product ships email with tracking code of your order.

You can also place pre order for new products that are soon available, the pre order usually starts about one month ahead of sales start.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

With argomall you can choose from one of 3 payment methods:

1) Cash on Delivery ("COD")

You can pay in cash upon delivery of your order. We deliver to most of the areas in the Philippines.

 

2) Apply for Home Credit Installments

You can apply for Home Credit Installments online. This option is now available only to customers in Metro Manila. For more information visit our frequently asked question section or Home Credit website.

 

3) Dragonpay

 

How do I shop with Dragonpay?

Paying through Dragonpay is surprisingly simpler than most online payment systems. There are no lengthy registration process required. Depending on which payment channel you choose, the experience varies only slightly.

For Online Banking channel, it just takes four (4) simple steps:

 

1. Choose Dragonpay among the payment options.

2. Select your bank from the dropdown list and enter the id and password that you would normally use to login to your online banking account.

3. Select among the available bank accounts in the dropdown list. (Some banks may require a transaction password to proceed.)

4. Click the Pay button and that’s it!

The Over-the-Counter (OTC) Banking channel is just as simple and only requires four (4) steps:

 

1. Choose Dragonpay among the payment options.

2. Select your preferred bank from the dropdown list and click the Continue button. An email will be sent to you containing the specific bank deposit instructions (ex. account details).

3. Go to any branch of the bank you chose and deposit your payment over-the-counter to the bank teller.

4. Confirm with Dragonpay that you have completed the payment through the Web or SMS.

4) VISA or MasterCard - you can pay safely with your credit card

We use as payment gateway Dragonpay the largest payment gateway in the Philippines in cooperation with Maybank. You can check Dragonpay website here. It is also possible to purchase item for delivery within the Philippines from abroad.

Viewing Orders

You can view orders simply by visiting your account here.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information in section Account information of your account. Once done with editing, just click save.
